The state of Karnataka is considered to be a knowledge hub for robust education and is home to a boastful number of 360+ government degree colleges and a wide spectrum of educational institutions offering an extensive array of specialisations and skill-oriented programmes exclusively curated to upskill the youth. With the mission to empower the youth with ethical values and intellectual knowledge, the Higher Education Council underscores the need for a State level planning and coordination of Higher Education, including University Education, through independent autonomous body, in order to bring out better excellence, inclusivity, and accessibility in the sector of Higher Education.

Coordination of academic development activities, evaluating financial and administrative stability of universities, coordinating funding of Universities by the UGC and associating with competent education management organisations to conduct discussions on National Education Policy to create awareness about the provisions of the Policy among academic professionals and education providers to explore the possibilities for internationalization are the major functions entrusted with the Higher Education Council.

ISDC (International Skill Development Corporation) is a leading International Provider for British Education and Skills. ISDC is working with the UK Skills Federation, Scottish Qualifications Authority, large number Universities and an excess of 25 Professional Bodies in the UK for their Market Expansion, Transnational Education and Growth. ISDC works with Universities and Higher Education Providers by Developing and Upgrading the Academic Degrees for Future to Seek External Accreditations / Memberships / Qualifications along with the University Degrees.
